Restaurant point of sale · Made for Mauritius

The floor, the kitchen and the till. On one tablet.

EasyPay runs a restaurant's service from the first table to the last receipt: seat a party, send the order to the kitchen, split the bill and close the day. The menu, the staff and the reports live in a back office you open in your browser.

  • Runs on
  • Android tablets
  • 58 mm and 80 mm receipt printers
  • Network or USB
  • Cash drawer
  • Barcode scanner
  • English · Français · Kreol Morisien

Front of house

See the whole room. Know what every table owes.

  • Your floor plan, as you drew it

Lay out each room in the back office: main room, terrace, bar. The tablet shows the same plan, with a count of the tables taken in each.

  • A table says where it stands

Free, seated, waiting for its bill or reserved. A seated table carries what it owes and how long the guests have been there, and its chairs light up for the covers.

  • Bookings land on the same plan

Take a booking, give it a table, and seat the party when they arrive. The order opens with the right number of covers.

Kitchen and bar

Send once. The right printer gets the right ticket.

  • Food to the kitchen, drinks to the bar

Each category prints where it is made. Options and kitchen notes travel with the line, so nobody walks back to ask.

  • A clock on every ticket

The till's kitchen screen lists every send. A ticket turns amber after 8 minutes and red after 15. Tap a line when it is done, bump the ticket when it reaches the pass.

  • A silent printer never holds an order

The order still goes through. The till names the printer that did not answer, and the ticket can be printed again once it is back.

Payment

Split it any way the table asks. It still adds up to one bill.

  • Equally, by seat or line by line

Divide the amount into equal shares, each paid its own way, or move lines between separate checks. The shares are kept until they add up to the bill.

  • Cash with the change worked out

A keypad, round amounts and the change to give. The service charge you set in the back office sits on the bill as its own line.

  • A receipt the guest can keep

Print it on 58 mm or 80 mm paper with your logo and your own header and footer, or share it from the tablet by e-mail or WhatsApp.

  • Refunds without the guesswork

Refund a whole receipt or only some of its lines, with a reason and how the money goes back. Reprint any receipt exactly as it was first printed.

Also on the till

The small things a service runs on. Already there.

Takeaway and delivery, on a board

New, in the kitchen, ready. Every order gets a number for the day and a time it is due, and it moves along the board as the kitchen works through it.

It keeps selling when the internet drops

Orders and payments are saved on the tablet and sent on when the connection returns. Printing runs on your own network or a USB cable, so it never waits for the internet.

A second PIN for what matters

A refund, a void after the kitchen has the order, a discount or opening the drawer can ask for a manager, who taps their name and enters their own PIN.

A drawer counted your way

Type what you counted, or count note by note from Rs 2,000 down to Rs 1. Cash in, cash out, an X report at any time, and the Z report when you close.

Sold out in one tap

Run out of the grilled fish? Switch it off on the till. It stays on the menu, greyed, until it is back.

Three languages

The till speaks English, French and Kreol Morisien. Change it from the side menu whenever you like; the menu items stay as you typed them.

Clock in, clock out

Staff clock in with their PIN and sign their own sales. The back office turns the punches into a time-card report.

Stock that counts itself

A sale takes from stock and a refund puts it back. A report shows what is left and what is running low. Barcode scanners that type like a keyboard add items straight to the order.

Back office

Your restaurant, in your browser. Change the menu tonight; the tablet has it at its next sync.

The menu

Categories in your colours, items, add-ons and options, discounts. VAT at 15%, zero-rated and exempt items, with prices that include or exclude tax.

The numbers

Sales, items, orders, tax, sales periods, day closing and time cards. Every report downloads as a spreadsheet file for your accountant.

The people

A PIN for each member of staff, and roles that decide who may refund, discount, void, open the drawer or see the figures.

The set-up

Draw the floor plans, name the kitchen and bar printers, design the receipt with your logo, and take bookings for the days ahead.

Questions

What restaurants ask us first.

Does it work when the internet goes down?

Yes. Orders and payments are saved on the tablet and sent to the back office when the connection returns. Printing goes over your own network or a USB cable and does not need the internet at all.

Which printers does it work with?

ESC/POS receipt printers with 58 mm or 80 mm paper, connected to your network by their IP address or to the tablet by USB cable. Bluetooth printers are not supported yet.

Can I take card payments?

Yes, alongside your card terminal. Take the payment on the terminal, then record it as a card payment on the till. The till does not talk to the terminal itself.

Can I change the menu and prices myself?

Yes. Categories, items, add-ons, taxes and prices are all yours to edit in the back office. Tablets pick the changes up at their next sync.

Which languages does the till speak?

English, French and Kreol Morisien. The language is chosen on the tablet, from the side menu, and can be changed at any time.

How do I get an account?

We open every account ourselves. Book a demo, and once you are happy we create your restaurant and your logins. From there the menu, the tables and the staff are yours to set up in the back office.
